About: Discover Capricorn Caves from an entirely new perspective on this small-group guided adventure. Journey across spectacular limestone karst formations, elevated pathways and hidden sections of one of Australia’s most significant cave systems while taking in sweeping views across the Capricorn Coast hinterland.
The experience includes two scenic short-course zip lines that allow guests to glide across sections of the karst landscape while enjoying a unique aerial perspective of the caves and surrounding bushland. Combining adventure, discovery and spectacular scenery, the zip lines add an exciting dimension to the journey.
With a limited group size, the guided Karst Walk adventure provides a unique and memorable adventure experience in Central Queensland.
Enclosed shoes are essential. This tour is moderately difficult and good physical fitness is recommended.
All participants must:
- Be between 40kg and 120kg
- Be 14 years or older
- Have a moderate level of fitness
- Be comfortable wearing a full body harness, gloves and helmet
- Be able to walk over and climb up and down uneven natural terrain
- Be comfortable with heights
- Complete a waiver prior to the tour
This experience is not suitable for participants who:
- Have serious heart, neck, back or spinal conditions
- Have epilepsy, vertigo or any medical condition that may impair safe participation
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Do not meet the weight or age requirements
- Are unable or unwilling to follow guide instructions
