Excellent Capricorn Cave Tour Had a really great tour of the caves. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very aware of safety.
When we were in the Cathedral Cave it went completely dark! You could not even see your hand in front of you.
Enjoyed spotting the fantasy animals, I have actually managed to get a picture of the camel with a head!!

Worthwhile stop in Rockhaven Better than expected! Very interesting cave tour, with great information and fascinating things to see. We’ve seen many caves, but never an above the ground cave, and this allows lots of animals in, including bats, frogs, moths, and spiders. Excellent geology lessons, as well as natural history of the Queensland area. Plus, the cave is warm. But prepare to be a little muddy (at least in the rainy season) during an optional crawl through a narrow side cave, which was well worth it. We enjoyed it as a couple, but so did a family with us with four children (one of whom had been to the cave twice before). Our tour guide was very informative and patient.

Amazing experience We took so many photos and we even got the tour guide to take a family photo in front of the cave grand entrance. We also saw the bat colony for the first time

A must do if in Rockhampton/Yeppoon area Amazing and informative about the caves and bats and other cave dwellers.
Izzy has great knowledge with a good sense of humor. She was attentive to us 2 oldies (70 & 75) making sure we enjoyed the tour and were kept safe.
Would highly recommend for all the family, and we will be back.

Amazing tour - a must do! We often travel past Capricorn Caves when returning from Brisbane, but have never made the effort to visit Until today! What an amazing experience we had. Candice was our guide and she was a wealth of information. Our three year old had the time of his life, spying tiny bats and exploring the amazing caves.

The Cathedral Cave tour is doable for people of most fitness levels, and has something for everyone. We were stunned by the beauty of the area and the efforts that have gone into preserving it. We learnt a lot and were blown away to learn the caves are privately owned. We will definitely come back and do one of the longer tours when our son is older - thank you so much to Candice for encouraging us to step outside our comfort zones. We were also really impressed at how well it was organised - can't recommend the Caves enough!

A beautiful stop We did the tour and stayed the night with a powered site on our drive holiday. It was such a great way to end the day. The caves are magnificent. Our tour guide Charmaine was brilliant, so passionate and knowledgeable. And the camping site was very peaceful.
