A must see tour What a amazing tour. Our guide was awesome. Learnt some cool facts and saw something different that we haven't done before. The best part was the cathedral. When the lights went out, the pure blackness and the sound was so soothing and relaxing. I most certainly will be back to do this one again just to experience it all over again. It's a must see tour.

Highly recommended cave experience tour Amazing experience! Great walk through the caves and especially into the cathedral area. Wish I had longer to do the longer tour but this is brilliant experience lasting around 45 minutes.

Amazing customer service We recently booked a weekend away at the caves and I couldn't recommend more.
The staff were beyond helpful and lovely to deal with on all occasions. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which was equipped with everything we needed.
We did the cathedral tour which was a great option for us as we have a young baby.
Lovely weekend away, we will be back.

Nice trip Guided tour around some lovely caves. Very informative. Nice trip for an hour or so. Cafe and shop also available. We learnt some facts and a bit of history of the area.

Very nice and surprising! Very nice adventure to take with my two boys. Amazing like to have this above ground, in a mountain! I would dearly recommend this venue.

Interesting cave tour with delight at end An interesting tour with beautiful sound produced from cave..acoustics were amazing.
Staff in kiosk could have had more on deck especially for coffee service..coffee good once we got it!

A very nice experience! We did the Cathedral tour and stayed in the family cabin overnight. It was a great experience. The guide was very friendly and humorous. The accommodation was very clean, reasonably priced and in a serene location.
My only feedback would be for the guide to wait for the entire group to assemble before the talk during the cave tours. The narrow passages inside the caves means people need to walk one after the other and the last set of people end-up missing part of the information.
